Fast casual dining has become very popular recently, with consumers wanting healthier choices of typical fast-food restaurants. Little Greek Fresh Grill is at the forefront of this movement by providing what the consumers want. Their new location will be located in the Grand Oaks Village Plaza next to Ace Hardware and will serve the Dr Phillips area. ]]> Mecatos, the Columbian Bakery and Café, is opening a new location at 12400 Lake Underhill Rd. in Orlando FL. The Bakery has retained our services to design and build out a 3,500 s.f. vacant tenant space once occupied by a Jimmy Hula’s Restaurant.

Tenant improvements include: large bakery display section w/ grab and go items, pick up orders, community seating as well as 4 tops and outdoor seating. Here are some concept sketches we’ve been developing. Tenant improvement building plans are currently being reviewed and we are aiming for middle of March to start construction.
